Both Behnken and Hurley flew on NASA’s Space Shuttle, but now they’re training for an entirely new vehicle. Since the Crew Dragon is ultimately SpaceX’s vehicle, that means SpaceX is also responsible for training people how to use the capsule. These will be the first astronauts to fly into space from the American soil after 8 year drought. We are getting closer to mars 🔭
Stephen Hawking ~ Brief answers to the BIG questions. 🌘
Book #2 of the year and I’m loving it! Getting to know his story both science and home life. I’ll admit not being from a very scientific background some parts are hard to understand but what I find fascinating is the odds against this man, the support he was given and the curiosity that drove him. And it all seems to be leading to a greater understanding or in bettering the world!
And how he understands we can all better it.
I definitely recommend this book to people wanting a lil something new to the shelf.
Just some more messing around with the glass ball. This first shot I actually love because of the ant next to the ball. The fact that it was in 1/10 sec, 2 second delay because I was shooting with a remote and that the ant came out in focus is something I'll never accidently achieve again haha

We humans don’t like uncertainty.
We want to know how it ‘should’ be done. What is right?? ((Can you see how right I’m trying to be? 😂)) And, though we’d like them to, the answers just don’t always exist. Not even in science.
Let’s help our students - let’s as teachers - get comfortable with uncertainty. Things handed over in an authoritative way might not actually be true anyway.
Things don’t have to be binary. Right, wrong. Correct, incorrect. There are many options and it depends.
Say less. Ask more. Spend a lot less time instructing. Especially in yoga. Spend more time looking and learning.
There’s not just one right way.
And, we can work to support people in feeling more at home in their bodies. Movement is good for that. Movement is good. •
Some of my paraphrased notes from Jules Mitchell...and what I love is that she’s super science-y <— good word. 💗🙏🏼 #feelsliketruthtome#vasisthasana •

Dr Melissa Kyoto King, Infectious Disease Physician and Dr Panda Prutaseranee Korman, Anesthesiologist.
Why would two, high earning, successful physicians, that didn’t have the time and didn’t need the money, partner with Rodan + Fields?
Obviously, they are super smart, but want to know the real reason?
Ask me why!
I can also tell you about that awesome product they are using and how you can get your own FREE. #smartinvestment#successfulwomen#becurious#changeyourlife
A consideration for the year ahead:
The only methods, teachings, and experiences worth pursuing are those that continue to open you. Closing only causes disconnect and distrust. Now more than ever it’s important that we remain curious - We are all beautiful ideas in motion and if we are open to let it, someone else’s genius may just spark the fire of ours.
