In most cases we tend to only take care of one part either mind or body but rarely both.

🌿✨ I love keeping myself busy! Each morning or the night before, I’ll plan my day. It’s usually filled with studying, essay writing, a workout session, chill time with family and friends, creating content and the majority of the time procrastination 😅 When I plan my day I try not to plan too much because I know, if a plan/ task hasn’t been completed I get frustrated with myself! ✨🌿⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
✨Yesturday I had an amazing day with other influencers at the event and afterwards I had planned to go home and work on my dissertation for 3-4 hours, however I came home caught up with family members, scrolled on the gram (worst thing I could of done because it’s so addictive! Someone just needs to chop off my fingers to make me stop) and did other things! Instead I did 1-2 hours of work, which of course, it’s good that I did something but I still had that feeling of “guilt” that I didn’t get done what I planned to get done! ✨ sometimes I get these little thoughts in my head, saying that I didn’t do enough, and I feel really bad about myself but then I take the time to reflect and see all the positive things that I have done during the day! That way I have no need to feel down because there’s only so many things I can do in the day without going completely crazy! ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀

Being SUPER lean is awesome🔥
But if you ever want to make real progress & get super lean down the track, its probably best you think about eating more food for a while before dieting
You cant build muscle without being in a calorie surplus, Unless your experiencing newbie gains or enhanced
You will find it very difficult to drop body fat if you haven’t built up the metabolic capacity by eating a decent amount of food for an extended period of time. I usually recommend spending the majority of the year eating in a calorie surplus or maintenance
So personally from experience take it from me🤓
Ive gone through a million cycles waisting my time trying to bulk and cut during my early 20’s and this severely hindered my progress!🤦♀️
Don’t follow the typlical yo-yo dieting approach. It will only do more harm than good!😩
Stick to a consistent bulk for 6 months(which I have just completed) then look to cut down for 3 months which is my next phase I am just starting🔥🔥
Long term it will be worth it!💯

Watching the true cost on Netflix last night for the 2nd time got me really thinking about my swimwear brand I want to create in the future.
I’ve never really been educated on how our clothing is made and all the blood,sweat and tears that are poured into them but now that I’ve been enlightened with the truth I know I want to make a change.
I have no idea how to go about it yet but I’m excited to be on this journey of figuring out how we can make a change to better practices and to a sustainable/ethical product .
