protein smoothie bowl...it tastes like ice cream 🍦
but it’s just:
-1 cup frozen berries
-4oz almond coconut milk(you can adjust to liking)
-a scoop of protein powder(I’m using a vanilla flavored one, but honestly test out different ones if you’d like. Your choice of brand too. This is just a basic recipe)
On top it’s just some frozen bananas & some coconut/almond/granola mix. ———————————————————
I don’t think I want ice cream ever again...this is so good!
I thought maybe some of you might appreciate this one if you’ve been craving something on the sweet side but like me, can’t really indulge in most of the sweet treats easily available. (Also, the bananas I freeze them myself. I cut them into slices and put on a piece of parchment paper on top of a cutting board. I then take them to the freezer and freeze them for an hour or so. After that I put them into baggies for later use and store them in the freezer. This method prevents them from sticking together too much. If you just pop them into a bag without the initial freezing stage, they will all stick and it will be hard to get them out later. I’m sure most of you might know this but if not, I hope this was helpful. I didn’t know before so definitely it was definitely a game changer for me.)

R E C O V E R Y 🙏💆♀️. How often do you give yourself the opportunity to slow down the frenetic pace of modern life and just chill? I always aim to live a balanced life but being a driven, A type I find it hard to let myself stop and just be. I just feel too restless inside she need to be achieving something at all times otherwise I feel I’m wasting time. Can you relate?
