Every morning I have a routine. It’s not something I have perfected but I’m working on it. I am participating in Mel Robbins Mindset Reset and I have to say it’s the best thing to happen to me yet.
When I wake up I write on my 5 Second Journal Printout that asks how you feel after waking up, why you feel like that, what can I do to feel more energised and my top project for that day.
This has literally changed my life. I’m getting stuff done that I would usually put on the long finger and no more phone in the bedroom in the night time and pointless social media scrolling in the mornings.
It’s all about taking time for yourself before you let the world in. I’m not a big morning person but this has made my life much easier.

Trying to live an airbrushed life in an imperfect world never works (take it from a girl who’s tried) Conforming to what the world has programmed us to believe is valuable and beautiful is costly!
