Before Freddie came to us, he lived with a frail old lady who, although she loved him very very dearly was unable to walk him and loved to give him treats....he used to have a bowl of Rice Krispies and milk before bed!! Fred went to stay with his lovely foster carers when the old lady had to go to hospital...when he arrived there he weighed almost 17kg and had sores on his chest from where his belly rubbed the ground.
During the 4 months Fred was fostered he ate raw food and was exercised - when he came to us he weighed 13.4kg. Fred is now down to 12.7kg!! Unfortunately the fur has rubbed off his chest, we call it ‘chicken chest’ and it’s softer than velvet 🥰 it’s great to kiss 😘
We love you Fred ❤️❤️ #dachshundsofinstagram#dachshundoftheday#dachshundlove#dachshund#dachshunddaily#dog#dogstagram#dogsofinstagram#dogoftheday#dogsdaily#wirehaireddachshund#petstagram
Milo was rescued back in 2016 in a very severe state. Demodex mange and very malnourished. At the time of the rescue, he was only 6 months old. Later that year, we send him to his new home in the US to @meadowlinden. Milo is such a sweet boy and in August 2018, I went over and visited him and his family. SWIPE to see the amazing transformation. Love you Milo ❤️❤️
