One of the things that we loved about Ireland were the beautiful streets. It didn’t seem to matter where we were, or even what the weather was like, you couldn’t help but appreciate their charm. .
It doesn’t take too much imagination to take you back to a time before cars when these narrow streets would’ve been cobbled and the domain of just people, horses and carts.
This photo was taken of Abbey Street in Ennis a short distance from the Ennis Friary. I won’t say anything too much about the Friary in this post except to say it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you have time I’d definitely recommend stopping in and doing a tour. See my post from 21 September if you want more info on the Friary.

❤🐽 Baby Everett! He has one brown eye and one blue eye! So cute! These hurricane babies have survived the very worst of the factory farming! Escaping the facility, trying to stay afloat in the toxic water the farms produce as everything flooded, and finally seeking shelter in the woods and managing to evade hunters looking to kill them for fun. The 11 were rescued and moved here to the sanctuary and straight into our hearts. They are so loving. Curious. Happy. Despite what they've been through they welcome our love! 🐽❤ Afton's birthday is coming up - she's asked for everyone to consider sponsoring their favorite pig! It's really easy! Just click here:
