Day 4. Let the exercise begin. Feeling like I am settling into 1200cal lite n easy eating plan. So it’s time to start moving 🏃♀️. 45 min walk at main beach, Queensland. The waves were enormous thanks to TC Oma sitting off the coast.
What do you struggle with ???? Me it’s keeping active I find it so hard to get to my daily goal of 10,000 steps a day .. does not help at the moment with MAFS on 4 nights a week so those nights no nightly walk lol 😂
I have found being a part of these challenge groups has helped even if it does mean jogging 🏃♀️ on the spot to get my steps up .. it’s still keeping moving 😂

Happy Saturday everyone! Also for my baseball fans, happy Spring Training opening day! ⚾️The Mets crushed a win today so of course there’s a reason to smile. Winding down the week with 4/5 active days, 3 gym, 1 walking 🏋🏼♀️🤸🏽♀️ Have to admit my two rest days were not planned but I feel needed. Eating has been good but not 100% compliant but definitely 85%! 🥗🌯🥙🥬🥒 Still no scale BUT I am already seeing quad progress after getting back & really training legs, which to me is a #BIGDEAL. Tomorrow starts a new week and tomorrow is upper body focused💪🏼 I have an event on Saturday night this week & I am wanting to look my best! feeling pretty in pink💓 at the moment I’m feeling rather lazy & I hate that feeling 😂 so I’ve been thinking of some tips to help you feel more productive...🥳 1. Write a list of everything you want to do that day 🤩 2. Do at least 5,000-10,000 steps that day, E.g. if you are at home all day go on a half an hour walk to get active 👽 3. Get up, have a shower and get dressed always!😼 ( dont lay in pjs all day ) 4. Clean your bedroom / do something productive but not essential💓💓 these all work for me & hopefully you too!😜😜 ( HAPPY FRIDAY LOVES )

I get asked often if I’m team Fitbit or Team Apple Watch! I am Fitbit through and through (it’s even in my bio😜)
I was working at target at the time and they had this promo where they wanted everyone to be super healthy. So they gave us either a free zip OR $50 off. (I chose the zip) So my very first Fitbit was the zip YEARS ago. That was the one that clipped on your pants or sock and it would only track calories and steps (or something like that) i ended up giving it away. Hunter also worked at target (that’s where we met) but he chose the $50 off with the promo they offered. He used his blaze maybe 1 week in total. When I decided to start my health journey he remembered he had the blaze stored away- thus where my legit Fitbit journey began.
My blaze treated me so well for my first 9 months of my journey. I ended upgrading to a versa only because Fitbit offered to upgrade me like the sweet souls they are! So here I am with a #versa that hasn’t been charged in 8 days 😂 *I just found out I can look at the weather on it, HOW COOL** added pt 2 there are so many clock faces! Like one is for new parents to log diaper changes, feedings and sleep for new baby! I currently have a picture of rhys as my face but there are HUNDREDS to choose from*
Just like my blaze, on this I can see my texts and when someone is calling. I have those notifications shut off though because I don’t like the vibration- it’s not obnoxious or anything I personally don’t like vibration of any sorts (my phones vibration is even turned off) it does a bomb job tracking- sometimes I have issues but I’ve come to realize when i am SUPER sweaty it slips on my skin-so it kind of can’t do its job when it’s sliding all over
So basically- kick ass battery life, calls/ texts/ bomb ass tracking/ looks nice 10/10 for Fitbit
