Each new month feels like a fresh start—a chance for new things that are even better than last month’s things. And on that note, now seems like the perfect opportunity for you to make good on those health-related resolutions! I can pretty much guarantee, no single choice will do more for your well being this year than getting more fruits and vegetables into your diet with whole food concentrates!
Are you ready to chat more and learn about a simple way to do this? 🌿
Do you like Bibb lettuce? This is my FAVORITE lettuce for wraps, bunless sandwiches, spring rolls, etc. Romaine and iceburg are more of a water based lettuce, so they lack the hearty, buttery taste of the bibb lettuce. Swipe to see how I used this for my blackened chicken sandwiches with smoked provolone.😋 So good, I ate it for lunch and dinner! Happy HumpDay, Fam!
If people would just stop making excuses and push play they would see that this really works!! If They would just take the time to focus on their nutrition and move their body 30 minutes a day big things happen!!! Confidence is built, mindset is built and most of all the word of the day is “STRONG”
You transform you mind in to someone that is “STRONG “and man it feels goods to be in the process! Especially when your family is always watching!!!

✔️TIPS FOR BEGINNERS W/ EXCUSES.🚫
1. “I don’t have time for the gym” - first of all no one is busy 24hrs of the day, you know for a fact you have at least 30 minutes for your health. I recommend your write down your daily schedule so you have a visual perspective of when you can squeeze in the gym, also pre-planning your workouts will save you alot of time since you wont be looking for stuff to do.
2. “I love food to much to diet” - a problem most people have when trying to diet is that they jump into it too quickly trying to cut out everything bad the moment they decide they wanna lose weight. Just like everything in fitness, it takes time. You cant kick yourself over something you’ve become so accustomed too, i didn’t change my whole diet over night, start slow, cut out foods slowly, and up your healthy foods in the process.
3. “I don’t see results, i give up” - We’ve all heard this before “patience is key” thats all i can really say, every body reacts different, and everyone gains or loses differently as well. And frankly alot of the time you don’t see the results because you see your body every day. Take pictures, everyday if you have to, i have my days where i feel i have made any process but i compare pics all the type and amaze myself, take pictures it’s worth it, also remember nutrition and fitness come hand in hand, you can work out all you want if you don’t have a healthy balanced diet you will not see results.

It’s amazing what can happen in just a few years! Been maintaining around the 140’s for half a year now! 🙂
I have scars, stretchies, jiggly body parts, loose skin and a bit of a tummy — and I’m feeling the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been. ☺️💛😊 .

“Quite a few fit babes have asked me how I stay motivated. I stay motivated by looking back at where I started versus where I am now. It really helps motivate me to keep going and celebrate all I have accomplished so far. Those strings on my shorts don’t lie, the inner voice in the back of my head can’t argue with that! I started @fitgirlsguide on January 1st, 2018 and I’ve been hooked ever since! All of my #fitsisters are the other HUGE half of why I have continued to stay motivated. Ya’ll push me to be the best version of myself. Thanks for being nonstop inspiration!” @fitgirlpawluk
Making time for ourselves is a must! Too often we get caught up doing everything else for everyone else..then we find ourselves frustrated, and disappointed at the end of the day....
Don’t get me wrong...I Love Serving others! It Fuels 🔥💕 my SOUL!
But I do know the benefits of filling up my cup first, so I’m overflowing & can deliver More to you all!!
Taking time to hit the GYM, and lift again puts my mind, body and soul on point...
Love yourself, take time for yourself and enjoy the process! LIVE & GIVE babes!! Xoxo
We take care of everyone else, and we love doing it, but sometimes we need to make a little time for ourselves. The saying “you can’t pour from an empty cup” is so true. It’s not selfish to take care of yourself.
I know what you are saying...I don’t have the time or the energy! I know because I used to feel that way. The truth is that working out actually gives me more energy and puts me in a better mood. So by taking care of myself, I’m better able to take care of my family! That’s a win-win!
What about time? You say you don’t have time. I know for a fact that you have 20 minutes. Could you spare just 20 minutes for yourself? That would leave you 23 hours and 40 minutes for everyone and everything else.
We are getting ready to start our next virtual fit camp and I’m so excited that my friend Sarah is joining me! We are going to make a little time for ourselves to get stronger, get more energy and it’s only going to take 20 minutes a day. We would love for you to join us!
Here are the details:

Woke up to snow!❄️ 2 of us are outside building snowmen ⛄️ while these kiddos are gonna join me for an at-home workout until it warms up. •I hate to admit it, since fitness was such a HUGE part of my life and I loved teaching group fitness classes right up until we moved, but I’ve totally fallen out of the routine. But I’m not too stressed about it. If I set a goal, I break it down into a plan. And if I schedule that plan into my weekly routine then all will be easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. (😂 My 2 girls say that ALL the time) My favorite exercise is combining resistance training with cardio. I’ve seen the best results when I avoid straight cardio work. •Let me know if you want me to bring back my workout videos! (1st, I’ll start working out again😆) •And for the record, everything is bigger in Texas except our snowmen ⛄️😹 Happy weekend!

today’s workout was a solid 45 minute run, and it was the first time i didn’t hate every second of it 👏🏼🎉🥳. i know it’s nothing impressive and is pretty much a warm up for those who run for hours every day (😱 who are you people?!??), but it’s a little accomplishment for me! i loove sprints, but i find endurance running really reaaaally hard and isn’t something i’m great at 😵💦.
my point, you ask? EVERYONE has to start at the beginning, and EVERYONE can improve! i’ve been working out consistently for years, but this is new for me, and i’m using new muscles, and building a new kind of endurance. i basically suck still 💁🏻♀️, but progress is progress, and i’m just thrilled i’m able to run more than a mile. wohoo *mini cheerleader jump*

“It always seems impossible until it’s done.” —Nelson Mandela
When we were young and we thought we could never get over embarrassing an moment, but we did.
When we lost someone that we loved we thought we could never be okay again, but we are.
When we had that overwhelming week at work we thought we wouldn't be able to get through, but we did.
When we had a goal so big that we never thought we could actually accomplish it, but we did.
It all seems overwhelming, exhausting, emotional, and IMPOSSIBLE. And then, we do it.
Whatever you're going through that you think is impossible now, look back and remind yourself of what you've already accomplished. Everything that you have already done. You got this too.
Through my pregnancy I have watched my body change, and it seems impossible to get my old body back. But guess what? I did it before, and I'm going to do it again.
What Do You Want To Do That Seems IMPOSSIBLE Now?
