Had to highlight this little superset. Rather than just do your side laterals or front raises separate do them together!
I find using isolation movements later on in a workout is most beneficial. The pump and burn on this was real 💯

When you forget your phone, when your @fitbit dies and when it's start to suddenly pour with rain, maybe it just wasn't meant to be. Was hoping to do a 5k but it was probably less than a mile ... I think 🤔 Does no data recorded mean it can't count towards my @runup2christmas 50k target?? 😭
On a more positive note, I busted out the festive leggings today 😁🎄🎅 (which ironically I bought in sunny Australia 🇦🇺)

I love nothing more than a good beach day! A few simple tips I like to follow: ☀️tons of SPF- I love brands like @supergoop & @coola + reapply multiple times 💦hydrate hydrate hydrate - water all day everyday 📸if you can hide your face (hello hats) I highly suggest it. Wrinkle prevention is key
🏊🏼♀️ stay active - go for a walk, swim, surf, etc. 🍉 healthy snacks are v important - I love tropical fruits like watermelon, mango, pineapple + fresh veggies. I like to keep it light to avoid bloating

German Volume Training... Basically 10 sets of a compound lift where you do 10 reps each set / 100 reps total 💪🏽
You also want to use the same weight for each set. If you get to where you can do all 10 x 10 with the same weight, you move up in weight 💁🏽♀️ You are only to do this with one exercise, and it should be a compound exercise, I.e barbell squat, with 60-90 seconds rest between each set! TRY THIS WORKOUT, and have a taster of German Volume! 🍑🔥
1️⃣ Barbell squats - 10x10 reps (100 SQUATS 😨) 2️⃣ Barbell reverse lunges - 3x8 reps
3️⃣ 5 min walking lunges
4️⃣ Goblet squat into air squat - 3x10/15 reps
5️⃣ Dumbbell step ups - 3x8 reps

It was an honour to be a guest at the Beyond A Body: An Evening Under The Stars event held by the beautiful Asha @alternatively.healthy last night 🌟 There were 4 beautiful ladies guest speaking and sharing their struggles and promoting all things self love, self confidence and body positivity 🙌🏽 It was really nice to meet so many beautiful, like minded women 💗 So this is just a little reminder to you out there reading this... to STOP doubting yourself, STOP worrying so much about what others may think of you and START loving yourself more and START being more positive about yourself and what you are capable of. And also just to remember that we all go through struggles & self doubt issues, even the people you see on Instagram and might perceive to be “perfect” I can assure you they have their own battles too and that’s ok because we are all human 💕💕💕
