Saturday strength class! Just a handful of the exercises we did yesterday. I was excited to be able to actually lift my leg on the elevated goblet squat. I will be able to get lower in no time! Push-ups are not my best but getting better just have to keep working on them. I will build strength! I plan to start taking video of some of my workouts just so I can see my progress. Planning to do an Ab workout later! Happy Sunday!

I almost gave up. Last year I struggled to lose 35 pounds in 8 months. Over the holidays 10 of those pounds came back and wouldnt go away. By February I was ready to throw in the towel. Say "it is what it is" and move on.
But then @whitecollarboxingco
came into my life, and from the beginning it truly felt like Cody Thompson and all the other wonderful coaches were suddenly in my corner. Pushing me beyond limits I had set in my mind my whole life.
Today is my final day of the 6 week challenge. 42 days. So many changes. And while I know what my "at home scale" says, I'm waiting to share my results with my body scan tomorrow morning. But today, I want to focus on what I've gained:
- MUSCLES! - being able to shop with my daughter at the mall
- coaches that are encouraging, and push me WAY beyond my perceived limits, in real life and at the gym
- fellow trainees that push and shout encouragements alongside of each other while dripping sweat
- nutritional habits that I enjoy
- knowledge on what my body really needs to work at optimal levels - confidence in my physical ability - goals that I never thought would be attainable 🥊🥊🥊
I made the decision 6 weeks ago that no matter what happens, this is the place that I need to be. This facility, these people....it all works. The results are amazing. And I cant wait to see what the next 6 weeks brings!! There are not enough words to say how thankful I am.

Seeing the smile on my babygirl's face when I told her I would chaperone her class field trip was everything! It was a reminder that she is my motivation. This is the first time i join her in an activity like this and I loved it! 💕A few month's ago I would have never had the energy for this...We make so many excuses why we can't get in shape and a lot of time we use our kids as an excuse when they should be our why! .
