Am I the only one who finds inspiration to write in the pictures that go in my way? I feel so well since I began to express myself freer ... I thought aloud all the texts ...it's so important to express yourself freely, not to be constrained, to do what you like without worrying about what others would say and leave you guided by the inner voice...I always chose to do what I like without thinking about what other people think about me. it is a decision of assumption and courage eventually ... get out of the group and say things by name, make a point when you think the relationship you have is no longer to you and leave behind the past you once loved so much...Do not look with regret in the past, because life is waiting for you with many surprises and opportunities, which will be challenging to you...

Here’s 3 quick tips that feed my soul every morning✨
Wake up 1 hour earlier ✨ Waking up early enough to do more then just rush to work definitely amplifies feel good emotions in me. Sometimes I’ll sleep in for the rest, i usually know when my body needs that- otherwise I’m up and getting my day started 💫 I dare you to make enough space for you to enjoy yourself a bit too. Big game changer!
2 Tongue scrape/ CBD. Tongue scraping is a must! It removes toxins and bacteria that were built up there over night and leaves your mouth fresh and clean. 3. Meditate! Mmm love this especially after the CBD. The CBD helps me to ease into my practice and get in the zone. Everyone must devote them self to daily mediation in some way. It is so good for your mental and emotional health- it is where I go when I need an answer to fill me up from within and my go to practice for inner peace or manifesting hehe. Start small, then when you’re ready for a challenge bump that number up to 20 minutes. 20 minutes for me first thing is the perfect amount of time to get my body at a cell tingling level and my mind in a state of ‘Ahhh!’
4. Sit at the coffee table ( like I am now ), stare out the window, think of all my blessings and right down what I’m grateful for in a mini notebook. Grab my coffee. Mmmm sip it slow. Embrace the beauty of the day. Embrace my mood no matter what that may be. Do some inspo reading. Really indulge in this time of day- totally sets the tone for the rest of it!
5. Go outside for fresh air- even if just a few minutes! Wakes me up and instantly lightens my mood.
From there my morning varies. It is about 7:30 by this time in which I must get to my other life outside of my personal celestial fairy land world 🧚🏼♀️✨👁 Hehe ✨🧚🏼♀️👁
