I always try to bring the plants outside whenever possible. Even when it's a crazy day like today. These days I have lately discovered that I have somehow got four bathtubs full of plants! But in between the squally showers, I brought everyone outside to take in the beaming sun while it was there...even the exotic plants, though it was cold. I think there's just something more that the fresh Atlantic wild air offers the little plants than we currently understand. Even though they got caught in a sleety shower (Aloes and all!), they were brought back inside and were zinging and happy. But the principal reason for posting is to remember something that I take for granted. Every time I take them outside, people stop to take photos to speak to me about how beautiful they are, to ask how I managed to get a green thumb, perhaps to be gifted a little jade plant that they weren't expecting. The most important thing though, was really realising when one woman passed and remarked on their beauty, that it was a lovely little thing that my green family and I had unintentionally gifted her in her day, some beauty. The thought of surprising people with a little moment of beauty is something that I suddenly felt very happy about, and it has honestly made me happy all day. Hope that your weeks offer you the chance to do the same 💚
Do you take supplements?
Because in today's diet we tend to eat very little veggies & fruit, and our meals often are over processed. That just some of the reasons why our food is low in vitamin & mineral content... Lower than it was many years ago, when soil wasn't as exploited.
I'll share with you some of my favorite supplements!
First of all! Good MULTIVITAMIN!
When purchasing your vitamins, check the source, make sure it comes from natural sources. There is vitamin formulas that might be cheap but most of it's content you will end up peeing out instead of absorbing.
We need the good bacteria in our gut for good digestion and absorption of the nutrients we ingest.
If your body is not able to absorb the nutrients from food, you can eat as much "goodness" as you wish but it won't actually benefit your body if it's not digested right and than taken up by your body (absorbed). You can get the good bacteria from fermented foods and cultured milk, but honestly how many people actually eat those :) I have to say I DO! But not enough and on top of it all...COFFEE messes up your bacterial flora for a good few hours after drinking so probiotics are really good to help out here...<3
If you have any questions about those don't hesitate to contact me:D
Remember! Always ask doctor or advice before choosing your supplements :) #fitness#fitnessinstructor#eathealthy#workout#getfit#fitgalway#galway#galwaycity#loveireland#ireland#motivated#loveyourbody#tips#healthytips#diet#healthycooking#supplements#choosewisely#fitmom#fitmotivation
Scenes from an early evening walk home... Galway’s all dressed up for Christmas x
I’m not one to easily get carried away, but looking at this cloud over Galway, I would assume the end is nigh #cloudageddon

The city of Galway dates back to before Norman Times when a town grew around Dún Gaillimhe. .
During medieval times the city grew and thrived as a walled trading city.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Galway. The pubs, the streets, the history, and the culture. .
I took this photo just around the corner from Eyre Square. I really liked how the early morning sun lit up the wall of the Hotel Meyrick just after a quick shower of rain.
Also by way of recommendation, if you are looking for a good coffee in Galway you can’t go past Esquires Coffee. It is just around the corner from where I took this photo and across the street from Eyre Square. I went there each day I was in Galway. Nice coffee, great food, and exceptionally friendly service. .
