I do a 3 day food-based cleanse/detox each quarter of the year for a nice way to rid my body of toxins taken in from environment and foods. Weight loss is usually inevitable during the 3 days simply because your caloric intake is reduced, however your primary goal of any cleanse should always be the detox...not the weight loss. If you do lose some weight...great...if you don't...the detox to your body will make you feel A-MAZING! .
