Cecelia and Bob Peterson stay active! They joined The Aspen Hill Club last September and haven’t looked back since. They originally joined the club when Assistant Junior Tennis Director Julien DeLaine called them to get their oldest son, Zane, into our tennis classes. It didn’t take Cecilia long to see how many benefits The Club offered for her family, so they did end up joining as a family!

Who’s says you have to pick being a mom OR being physically and mentally fit? I think we are capable of BEING BOTH!! ☀️💗 There is every excuse in the book for me not to get up and make it to the gym or be active during my day.... .
3 loads of laundry- 1 w/special spot treatment
3 Cooked meals, 2 snacks including peeled fresh veggies for 4 people a day
1 shower for mom(maybe every other)
Endless toys to pickup .
1 chapter of studying +1quiz a day
2 loads of dishes .
10 potty trips for the dogs outside .
2 extra pairs of clothes/socks to pack .
Food prep for the following day
3 times sweeping the floors. .
At least one yogurt / juice spill cleaning .
1 session of speech therapy
Making sure my 2 kids brush their 😬
4 bedtime stories .... (list goes on)....
BUT- that doesn’t stop me! I’m dedicated to taking care of myself just as much as I used to. There’s a lot of responsibility that I’m accustomed to living now, but working out is something I want and Love to do! I understand that this won’t set in with a lot of my friends who either don’t have kids or don’t want kids, but it’s an accurate day in the life of me and if I can get at least an hour in, SO CAN YOU!! ❣️❤️✨

Such a positive day today. Every single client has improved, all are smashing their goals and feeling great about their horses and their own fitness 💪🏻. Keep up the good work guys! What happens when you see your goals so clearly that there is nothing left but for them to become reality!? I am in a place of clear focus unlike anything I’ve personally experienced. I’ve always been super motivated and self driven. I don’t need someone in my ear to tell me to keep pushing, I am my own worst and biggest critic. I seriously have a clarity and peace about this prep and where I am headed. I am full of anticipation, grit and vision! Have you ever wanted something this bad? How did you get there? I love hearing others experiences! I am in this to win it. I am feeling so blessed that so many people are reaching out to me and feeling motivated by MY process! I am just me and one person. I am so excited to reach and inspire and grow! Let’s do this!

So @athirstkw and I went into the gym with the expectation of doing some padwork and a full body weight session and then ended up with this amazing plyometrics session!
Different variations of horizontal and vertical jumps to really work on our muscles explosiveness
Every time you land from a jump, your muscles get a stretch. That gives your next jump even more power. The combination of stretching and contracting your muscles whips them into shape, increases your muscles explosiveness and increases muscluar endurance

YES I DO!
But not all the time, only when I lay in bed and want to sleep I start to become hungry again because I don't eat anything after my diner so that sucks, some days it's pretty hard but it's okay, I know my hard work will pay off and once the summer begins I go back to maintenance, I started my cut really early because I want to take my time because I know my body needs time, I will make mistakes, I don't know if my macros and stuff are matching me so that's why I like to take my time so I can listen to my body, try out new things and find my best way to cut. Some weeks I have 2 cheatmeals other weeks 1, I just don't want to be too hard on myself, I want to enjoy things! -

Have you ever been so proud of someone you could cry? After so many years of knowing @brandonhardbody I’ve gotten to watch him go from the 18 year old who had never left his hometown, to an inspiration to people everywhere. I’ve watched him work harder than anyone day in and out to be a role model and example for so many people who went through the same struggles as him. There’s nothing I love more than getting to watch him live out his dream. Walking into the @alphalete meet up yesterday and seeing his face on this banner was SO special. I couldn’t be more proud of you and your journey ♥️
