Knäck-Utan tillsatt socker🎄
2.4 dl vispgrädde
6 msk fibersirap gold
3 msk smör
1.5 msk riven kokos
Lägg grädde, fibersirap & smör i en liten kastrull och sjud tills massan blivit tjock, & knäcken är ca 95 grader. Tar ca 45 minuter.
Häll i riven kokos (alt. lite mandelsplitter). Fördela i knäckformar och låt stelna.
If you haven’t tried this yet well then that’s a shame because it’s quite nice xx

Sorry for the blurry-ish quality, but since everyone keeps asking me to post my progress; this is all I got so far. It is honestly better than I was years ago. I didn’t know about fitness, I would go the day without eating, work out 2x a day everyday, thinking I’d lose weight and get toned in the areas I’ve wanted, I felt like I didn’t need food, that I needed to burn more calories than I ate. But I’ve learned so much recently and I’m determined to take this knowledge and transform myself to what I want with full dedication. So to all my friends starting off, don’t get discouraged, it’s hard I know I’ve been there, but just push yourself and you’ll see that there’s not a limit to where you can go, only the one you set for yourself. ‼️In January it’ll be exactly ONE YEAR since I got back into working out. In the past year I’ve learned so much about nutrition, proper form, equipment etc., and I will continue to learn more and more as I go along!‼️
One thing I think is super important to become familiar with is proper form when squatting! I had only been squatting at a 90 degree angle and began plateauing (I couldn’t lift past 205lbs). I did some research and got some help from friends, and realized that if I worked on squatting lower (ass to grass typa thing), I could eventually progress into heavier squats 💪🏼🍑
I’ve been working on low squats for about three weeks now and lemme tell ya ... my glutes & legs are THANKING ME! 🤩 They feel so much more activated and I’m feeling a lot more sore the next day which means it’s definitely working. I love practicing my form because not only does it improve my overall squatting form but I’ve noticed a huge difference in the progress I’ve been making!
