Honestly other than feeling a little tired this is the best mentally I’ve felt all week. Any stresses or subconscious anxiety has disappeared!
Was desperately craving chocolate yesterday (more chocolate than I can fit in my macros😂) so told myself if I can be perfect all week, Saturday night I’m having whatever damn chocolate bar I want. 🍫

SHOULDER MOBILITY ⭐️ This is a great exercise for the shoulder health, flexibility, and strength of your tendons - good for a warm up or perfect if you’ve been a desk warrior all day & need some help with slouched tired shoulders. -
RESISTANCE BAND DISLOCATIONS
👉🏽 Use a light resistance band and keep a wide over hand grip and band taut to start. 👉🏽 Feet neutral, back should not be arched (as shown in video). 👉🏽Work gently with your own range. If you can’t go all the way around that is ok! Careful not to arch your back or flare the rib cage as you move the band around.
👉🏽 If this is too easy then you can work your hands in abut closer on the band.
‼️ Please avoid this exercise if you have any shoulder injuries, tears or issues that need medical or physio clearance before doing so.

hello. here is a sweaty picture of me! wow! sorry for not posting lately, i feel like i’ve been in such a rut the past week. training and nutrition has definitely been super off, but i know that this is a ~lifestyle~ (lol) and ups and downs come with that. but if you are feeling off/in a rut take this as a reminder that it’s ok to feel this way, and you will come back better and stronger than ever 🍃💕
Going for a late late night gym sesh tonight, after me nandos🤤🤤( think I’m obsessed ) told myself I was going to be much stricter on my diet this week but oh well🤩 happiness > stress😏 I couldn’t be more ready to destroy my back at the gym tonight, hopefully there will be a sneaky workout vid up tomorrow !🤪🤪🤪

▶️Kennt ihr das, wenn ihr immer am Limit trainiert und dann plötzlich das Gefühl habt ihr kommt nicht mehr weiter? ▶️Ein Pausetag ist viel zu wenig und ihr fühlt euch nie richtig regeneriert?
▶️So geht es mir im Moment. Ich hab gerade einfach so ein Plateau erreicht und merke, dass mein Körper eine kleine Pause braucht. ▶️Deswegen haben mein Coach @sebastian_maschberger und ich entschieden, dass ich von heute bis Sonntag, sprich 3 Tage eine kleine Sportpause einlegen werde.
▶️Auch wenn mir sowas immer richtig schwer fällt weiß ich, dass mich das nur nach vorne bringen kann. Man sollte einfach auf seinen Körper hören, wenn er Signale gibt🙏🏼

Currently out of the gym for a few days! I tweaked my shoulder two days ago and it still hurts. 🙂 I’m not going to lie, I feel so lazy and awful not going to gym but I’m trusting what my body is saying and it’s saying REST!!! •
To keep myself occupied I’m completely organizing my kitchen. Something about putting headphones on and organizing everything is so relaxing to me😌😌! I wish everyone a productive and fun weekend! 💙

Sorry to keep going on but I’m so excited to spend my day tomorrow with @erinmarie_fit! Nearly a year ago exactly we both went to @meggangrubb first peachy meet up but were too awkward to say hi and now I consider her one of my best friends and we get to experience the Gymshark 66 Event together! .
Honestly sometimes it’s hard to get out of bed in the mornings to get workouts done. It’s not as easy as just getting up and going sometimes I have to really force myself to get up! I just think of my goals and all the support I have and it just makes me get up and smash it! Super grateful to insta for introducing me to some of my best friends🥰

When you swap the binges, for balance. When you focus on training your mind, as much as you’re behind.
