(AD) It might be a windy spring day but we are still outdoors and having fun with @Crayola Play Sand.
@crayolaplaysand can be found at @walmart. We grabbed a plastic pool and poured in the colors. The kids love that it feels like beach sand and I love that the colors aren't staining hands or clothing.
They have been playing for an hour and the colors aren't mixing together either. They've been having a blast on our porch. We will have a YouTube review up on Monday. A great idea to keep kids busy and colorful even in some of the rainy and windy spring weather. Also, fill the plastic pool with these and other outdoor goodies for a large Easter basket gift for the kids to find!
Look what little sis spotted and scooped up out in the woods! She’s got shed hunting down and loves to be in the woods. Not quite 3yrs old and she’s giving some competition to the rest of the family already lol #shedhunting#kidsoutdoors#whitetailnation

If you've got lots of room then pumpkin is a great vegetable to grow. For those of you who have crops in now, then your harvest time is nearing, depending on the type of pumpkin you are growing.
My kids love Pumpkin Mac n Cheese. It's a great way to introduce pumpkin to the kids without hiding it too much. I love the colour and texture of our recipe.
250 grams uncooked pumpkin (skin off) approximately equals 1 cup of mashed pumpkin
1 cup grated cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
300 grams dried macaroni

We have a new family member, and she’s 106 years old!
Luckily my husband loves a project...

My foreseeable future now contains a whole lot of sandpaper, paint, and varnish 😳
The boys are going to loooove the salty life! Can’t wait to get them out there enjoying the beautiful Hauraki Gulf.
My parents were very keen sailors, and my childhood was full of days rowing dinghies, exploring deserted beaches, and sitting on the rail with my brother as we sailed for hours up the coast on port tack. We actually made up our own language, and some silly games that I now play with my own boys 😂❤️
I’m just so excited thinking about all the memories to be made - and sharing some of our precious islands with you!
It’s almost midnight so I better make this #tbt post quick, he he! 😆. This photo was taken on September 2016 when littlest was just under one. I sometimes would tow her along when I worked in the garden and she would take her nap! Now she’s over three and loves being outdoors and of course playing in the garden, harvesting kale to feed the chickens and digging for worms and other critters. Every time we go out and garden, she tells me afterwards that she has a lot of fun with me! Makes my heart melt. ❤️👧🏻
Enjoy every second, as time flies quick and keep learning and teaching your young ones and others how to grow food. Good night.💚Misilla .
I got soggy feet but worth it for a quick prance in the sea! I find it very hard to visit the beach and not have a cheeky dip. The sea calls me.. I’m pretty much Moana. Just without the chicken. 🌊 🐓 #soggyfeethappyheart
