I don't eat a lot of meat or animal products, but when I do I choose the best quality I can find.
Raw milk provides so many health benifits compared to pasteurized milk! Great for healing the gut!

I love watching cooking shows because you get to see beautiful people prepare meals with the grace of a ballerina in their immaculate kitchens. However, I think it would be arguably more entertaining to glimpse into the kitchen of a college gal who, whilst baking chicken in her tiny oven, is greeted by the incessant fire alarm during the wee hours of her morning cooking. In order to not wake up the entire apartment she thus runs around like a chicken with her head cut off (bad irony, pls forgive me) to break up the smoke by fanning her bedroom comforter in the direction of the fire alarm. Idk just a thought. Could be the next Netflix docuserie rage. 🤷🏻♀️
In other—less exciting—cooking news, I made ratatouille and put it on pasta with the aforementioned problematic (but delicious!) chicken and topped it with parm! And took a picture! And now you’re looking at it! Yay! Happy Sunday peeps ☀️😎✌️
