no matter what stage in life you are at or where you are going... there are things to be grateful for. there are beautiful things to look at. there are indescribable feelings to be felt. there are amazing experiences and adventures to be had. there are some of those one of a kind people who make you belly laugh but also help you through the shit to make memories with. there are irreplaceable moments in time.

“It be like that sometimes” 😜 It’s not always the most delicious or attractive looking plate but it works. #tilapia is always our go to for a quick, healthy dinner and my go to for Ollie and I when Alex is working because there is no clean up! Preheat oven at 400 and bake for 11 to 12 minutes on a piece of foil. These are frozen peas I popped in the microwave for 4 minutes and you’re done with zero clean up! 🙌 Like I said, it’s not the most awesome dish but it’s works. There will be days when you DO have the “bland” foods to stay on track, but it is what it is. Well. This was my reality today🤷♀️. I had a major headache when I woke up🤦♀️. I tried to get through my workout, and I did. But luckily it was only 20 minutes and I still had to stop a lot. I was going to add on another 10 minute bonus workout, but.. not today. I will make up for that tomorrow. I had my shower, dried off.. looked at my makeup.. looked at the clock and realized the amount if time it had taken me to even get to that point in my routine. So I decided it likely wasn't a good idea to go into work. It takes a lot for me to call in, I have responsibilities. However, I know my body and knew it would have been a bad idea to go in. I would have been useless. My headaches are random but they definitely put a hindrance on my capabilities😖.
So I took the day in. I could have seen this as a defeat and that my day was a write off and to just laze around. But I didn't. I got more rest in, took it easy for a while and then when I felt a little better I turned to my phone. Not to watch YouTube videos and scroll mindlessly through social media. Or play video games on my PS4🎮. I promised myself that instead I would be productive. On my phone📱. Yes, the side business I'm working on only requires my phone and wifi! It's days like these where I work even harder BECAUSE of the fact that I had to call into my fulltime job and lost money. My side business has the potential to grow INTO my FULLTIME job where I don't need to call in and lose out on a day's pay because my boss is ME and my income is determined on the work I put in, not what the company decides I'm worth in their budget📉.
So I'm happy😁. I feel accomplished on a day that I would have otherwise felt helpless over. The best part? ANYONE can work the business as long as you're goal driven and have clear intentions on wanting a better life for you and even your family. I'm here if you want to inquire!

Wow, what a beautiful reminder-“don’t let your need to understand distract you from My Presence.” This is something I can be absolutely confidently vulnerable in saying I struggle with. I am a person who likes being in control. I like to be in the know, & I prefer to get myself “somewhere” rather than someone else doing it for me. The second I let that control out of my hands, I lose that sense of knowledge and understanding. & that is where I get distracted or tested in my faith. ▫️

I am stuck in a season of uncertainty right now & for the first time I am not in control. & you know what, that’s OK! Over the past few weeks in deep prayer, nose to my Bible, & daily devotional, God has opened my eyes & heart to his beautiful work in my life. 🙏🏻 “Tomorrow is busy worrying about itself; don’t get tangled up in its worry-webs.” I’ve come to realize that when I let go of that control & what/how things should be happening in my life, I am able to see the greater picture at hand. 🙌🏻 God is working miracles into our lives EVERY SINGLE DAY! All in HIS right & perfect timing. We just need to know when to Let Go & Let God 💕

I’ve always had a house and belongings and knew where I was going to be in 2 weeks, 1 months, 6 months ....... In the space of a year I’ve made the plan to move overseas, with the doggos and take off on and adventure 🌍

💡Knipkulor som man köper tex på apoteket (ej fått någon feedback från någon som testat detta!! Så är det ngn som testat?! Kontakta mig gärna!)
💡Börja hoppa hopprep - Låt det läcka till en början! För man kan tydligen träna bäckenet med att utsätta det för lättare belastning. Stegra gradvis. Så KAN bäckenet bli starkare och starkare. 💡Styrka för nedre bål - så som marklyft och tydligen många crossfit övningar (?!)
💡Man kan ha en tampong i som kan lyfta väggen som förhindrar läckage något när man vet att man skall utföra någon av dessa övningar som kan leda till läckage
💡Operation - Lång process (ca 6 månader) med en ngt ovärdigt test om du kvalificerar eller ej. Testet innebär att du registrerar allt du dricker samtidigt som du skall ha på dig blöja i några dagar, för att mäta mängden läckage. Läcker du tillräckligt mycket så får du genomgå en op. Många är nöjda och resultaten verkar vara riktigt bra! Men flera har stött på komplikationer. Att opereras innebär alltid risker. Alla op går inte bra så det är självklart viktigt att man har förstått vilka riskerna är innan man bestämmer sig. 💡OP går på ca 10min (du blir sövd) och du kan jobba 1-2 dagar efter op.
💡Man kan ej träna på ungefär 1 månad efter ingreppet

I’m one that struggles with feeling content - I’m always striving for more when it comes to accomplishments & being my best self. I often have to pause & remind myself to enjoy the journey, where I’m at in life, & to be present in this very moment.
Recently - a minor, meniscus surgery forced me to pause & slow down for a few weeks... when I, of course, didn’t want to. There is never a good time to take a break from your day to day goals, routine, & life. It can affect your mindset, but only if we allow it to.
We get one life - so positivity is key! And - so is taking care of the one body we get to share this crazy, cool journey with. 🔮

주변사람들이 사회에 불평을 말할때 케네디 대통령의 말을 해주고 싶었다. 하지만 이 책을 읽고 난 뒤 ‘과연 정말 그런가?’라는 생각이 들었다.
나는 아픈곳 없고 평범하게 살아가기 때문에 사회적 도움이 절실히 필요하지 않았다. 하지만 질병의 사회적 요인은 모든 시민에게 평등하게 분포되어 있지 않다고 한다. ‘더 약한 사람들이 더 위험한 환경에서 살아가고 그래서 더 자주 아픕니다. 고용불안에 시달리는 비정규직 노동자가, 소득이 없는 노인이, 차별에 노출된 결혼이주여성과 성소수자가.....’
김승섭님은 이러한 사회가 던진 질문들을 사람들과 나누고 답을 찾아가고자 글을 썼다.
유시민 작가님의 #어떻게살것인가 에서도 비슷한 질문을 내가 받았던 적이 있다. 그럼 난 뭘 어떻게 해야하는가?.
이 질문에 내린 답은
모든 것에 참여하고 해결 할 순 없지만 개인의 기준과 신념(자신이 감당할 수 있을 만큼)에 따라서 관심과 참여하자는 것이다. 다만 그 개인의 ‘기준’을 조금씩 높이고 넓혀야 한다.
사회적 도움 없이도 잘 살면 좋겠지만, 사회와 협력해서 살면 더 좋지 않을까?
냉소적인 의도가 아닌,
내가 국가를 위해 무엇을 했는지를 묻기전에 국가가 우릴 위해 무엇을 해줄 것인가를 생각해 본다.

I could not love this more. We all have a place in this world. We’re all great at different things and it’s what makes us unique. God has given us all perfect purpose. So shine where you’re created to shine and enjoy the journey of new experiences that will broaden your perspective. You will not be great at everything but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try!

I realized a few months ago that something had to change. I had become my biggest bully masking it with humor. I was allowing soul sucking negativity from people, the news, old grudges etc to bring me down and influence my energy.
I started with my health and as I started to see progress I grabbed a hold of positivity and sprinkled it on everything. As days went on, it got easier. Naturally without even realizing it, things started to shift. I started attracting like minded positive people who now hold a place in my inner circle.
I now spend time reading personal development books, meditating, listening to uplifting audio books, finding ways to help others and focus on mapping out my dreams. I dream BIG now! We only have one life to live so I'm grateful to make mine count for as long as I am on this earth.
