☀️☀️☀️ • Been overwhelmed by the love and support I’ve received since starting this page ♥️ I’ve never been ‘into’ social media as I’m fully aware of the negatives surrounding it, I only had instagram a few years ago and FB last year 😱 and that was only after some serious nagging from friends that I was missing out 🤣 But starting this page has shown me there are so so many lovely supportive empowering women 💪🏻 who up lift and support one another 💪🏻 exactly as it should always be ♥️ I love watching your journeys and learning from you and I hope you get the same from mine ♥️
THANK YOU - THANK YOU - THANK YOU 🥳 to each and everyone of you who follow me and who I follow! I am so excited for my journey ahead 🥰🤩🤗
Waking up at 4 AM is now second nature, but I remember a time when being a morning person was not the way to describe me. Seeing a pattern amongst the worlds most successful people, how they seem to be the first ones to wake up, inspired my decision to become an early riser also. The process was as usual when changing any habit; first I made my decision, devised a specific and gradual plan, and executed that plan while being uncomfortable and uncertain if I was doing the right thing. At this stage in my life I can say I am an early riser and proud of it! I get so much more done in my day including my workouts and meal planning. It’s tough don’t get me wrong, but it’s worth it. It’s a great demonstration of how we can decide what we want to be and truly become that. I encourage all of you to make a decision today on what you would like to do better or differently in your life. Then make a promise to yourself that no matter how difficult, because it will be difficult, you will stick to the course of action until it becomes easy. That’s how we stay improving, how we stay happy with ourselves. The choice is always yours…
Two amazing cable exercises🍑 both to grow your lower body strength!! -
1️⃣ cable squats 4x10/12
2️⃣ cable deadlifts 4x10/12 -
- ✔️The cable squat is a great compound exercise. Targeting the quads, glutes and hamstrings. It is a great exercise for building that Lower body strength while improving your core strength too and these are also great for beginners! When performing this exercise try to keep your back straight and your abs tight and squeeze your 🍑 when you get to the start position
✔️cable deadlifts. Although I also do regular deadlifts, I love adding these in a superset.
They also maximally load the hips and glutes closer to their extended position, which is also what makes them more back-friendly! Only point is that you’re limited in how much weight you can use without getting pulled backwards or off your feet -
Let me know if you liked them!! 🎶 music: bad bunny ft. drake - mia

It took me a while to find this #10yearchallenge 😂😂
Why did nobody tell me my hair was so bad 😂 I guess everybody had hair like this then though!
16 year old me and now 26 year old me 💁🏼♀️
Throughout this time I have earned a degree, worked as a teacher, quit my job to travel the world working on a cruise ship. I met some of the best people in the whole wide world and also a few of the worst. I have gained courage and strength through hard times, battling my own self love and depressive behaviours after a destructive relationship. I have picked myself up and built strength I never knew I was capable of, both physically and mentally. I have developed a love for the gym, through finding it in my darkest times. I have chased my dreams, training as a personal trainer. I have built up my own business and left a job that drained me. I have lost some friends but equally gained some amazing ones, now I get to travel the country seeing them. I am thankful everyday for the journey I’ve been on. None of it was easy. But it’s made me who I am today and I’ll be forever grateful for that 💛
Thank you for supporting me, thank you if you were someone who reached out to me just to ask if I was ok or share some advice. Thank you for being you 😘
this is my most vulnerable photo that my sister @lilian.bisschop has made .. I have had a lot of love and a lot of break ups .. but somewhere deep in me I still believe in love .. it only means that I have to accept this vulnerable side of myself..
